Your part:

In the Head of Sales role you will take on the responsibility to maximise the potential of the nationwide sales team, build and shape international sales team, develop and implement successful sales strategies to grow our customer base and optimise overall sales processes. 

Our ideal candidate is  highly  operational, entrepreneurial, and analytical, and  has built sales strategies, ideally for complex and more sophisticated Saas products. This individual knows how to operationalise new big ideas with bias for action and has a proven ability to build and scale high performing sales strategies.

Your mission:

  • Optimization of sales efficiency and visibility by improving Salesforce processes
  • Implementation of software tools and workflow automation
  • Tracking, monitoring and analysis of relevant KPIs 
  • Developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans
  • Designing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Direct reporting and close collaboration with management


Your profile:

  • Successful sales experience (at least 5 years) as Head of Sales in startups, preferably B2B, SaaS
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused (ideally B2B), differentiated and achievable solutions (ideally for SaaS)
  • Confident handling of CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical mindset with numbers driven spirit (well, you are an Excel Guru!)
  • Experience in a high growth environment - you are ready to roll your sleeves up! 
  • Able to recognize the right opportunity and predict success
  • You know how to dig deep into data and solve operational issues
  • You inspire action and bring a positive mindset of success
  • Deep proficiency in designing sales processes and strategies  is a must
  • You are decisive, energetic, self-motivated go-getter who loves to make things happen
  • Communication in German (at least B2-C1), in English (C1-C2)
