Your Role:
As a Salesforce Admin you will support the key interactions we have with our stakeholders by making our processes more robust, cultivating more insightful information, and creating an environment where we are more connected with our customers.

Your tasks:
- Design, document, and implement specific initiatives to improve business processes
- Support multiple teams with your Salesforce knowledge and experience
- Automate workflows and processes for our teams in Sales, Account Management & Operations
- Resolve incidents with Salesforce and related applications reported by users
- Support and train users to create meaningful reports
- Ensure data quality in our systems
- Creating technical project documentations
- Support of user training & tasks
- Administration of user profiles/ groups, adaption user interfaces
Your profile:
- Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce implementations, testing and support
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems
- An experience in Implementation of workflows for processing automation is a plus
- Basic understanding of APEX and JavaScript are a plus
- Previous experience working with Visualforce Pages
- Ability to challenge business requirements and transform them into technical terms and implementation
- Salesforce Administrator Certification and Lightning knowledge are a plus
