Your mission:
- Identifying bottlenecks to an ideal Lean Manufacturing set-up & ensure that the solutions implemented are scalable.
- Leading and driving process improvement Projects across all sites. Be hands on with Project execution.
- Creating, implementing and optimising the Automation solutions across all our Production Facilities globally
- Leading the development of a performance management system for the entire Operations Team & ensure implementation.
- Understanding the specifics of the Food Handling requirements & design the material handling systems for the sites.
- Be very comfortable with Data analysis & identifying the Key Metrics to be improved.
- Identifying and Implementing the technological solutions which collaborate with our in-house IT infrastructure set-up.
- Working with the sites on commissioning, qualification & verification (CQV) of the equipment & ensure the handover is done collaboratively.
- Working with sites on the key measures of Productivity & Quality towards their performance improvement.
- Ability to coach associates on Lean concepts & implement improvement tools like Kaizen, why analysis, 5 S and Daily Meeting boards, etc.
Your profile:
- 5+ years of relevant operations and supply chain experience
- Solid on ground experience in working with and implementing Automation solutions in Food & Beverages Industry (preferred), Logistics industry, Retail, or any other related industry.
- Experience of Project Management especially in Supply Chain Optimisation Projects with multi-functional teams.
- Self-reliant, quality committed and creative in problem solving
- Extremely agile to changing business environment & be flexible to adapt to it.
- Technical/software knowledge to collaborate on Technology aspects of the role along with very strong experience with MS Office tools especially MS Excel.
- Ability to develop processes and procedures & demonstrated implementation skills.
- Strong attention to detail skills
- Last but not least, passion for high quality food products
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
- Open to travelling as per business needs.
