The perfect candidate would be an organized, hard working individual with great communication skills and a positive attitude.

Skills & Qualifications:
Applicant must be highly organized
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft office suite
Motivated
Ability to multi-task
Strong communication skills
Working knowledge of Quickbooks
Detail oriented
Excellent organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Must be proficient in excel/spreadsheet

Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Client Utility Reconciliation
DataEntry
Handle outgoing and incoming calls and emails

Required Experience:
Minimum 1 year in accounting
Quickbooks

Preferred:
Real Estate experience 
Bachelor’s degree
