We are looking for experienced IT professionals to provide our clients with quality customer service.


Duties:
  • Interpersonal skills & customer service
  • Sufficient AD experience, for the adding of users/computers to AD security groups.
  • Can work out of the central tracking/ticketing system queue
  • Troubleshooting and Resolution of Tier 1/2 escalated technical issues.
  • Maintain and manage workload through central tracking/ticketing system queue.
  • Installation of software to various computer devices.
  • Installation of various computer devices.(IMAC Install Move Add Change)
  • Inventory management of assets.
  • Support of Networked Printers.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 Year Desk-side Support
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be a local candidate and be available for immediate hire.
  • Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation.
  • Must take and pass a comprehensive background check to include 7-year criminal history.
  • Must be able to carry and/or lift tools, kits or parts of up to 50-75 lbs.
