On-Site Deskside Support Analyst

Responsibilities

The on-site Deskside Support Analyst performs end user diagnosis and troubleshooting support:
- Perform on-site end user PC ans Systems troubleshooting and diagnosis
- Responsible for inventory maintenance and end user equipment deployment
- Respond to phone calls, emails and web interactions
- Document customer issues and issue resolutions withing ticketing system
- Work Closely with Service Desk team for escalations and direction
- Provide on-site support Cisco Webex and Telepresence
- Mobile Device Management in MAAS360 & Intune

Qualifications

-U.S Citizen
-A minimum of 3-5 years of onsite/desktop support experience 
-Must have extensive experience supporting and managing Microsoft Office 365 services and applications  and related peripheral applications, including Active Directory and OneDrive for Business 
-Windows 10 and server 2012/2016 is a must 
-Experience with Outlook in 0365 
-Anti-Virus and Anti-Spam product knowledge, Cisco AMP preferred. 
-Backup and data protection product knowledge 
-Broad exposure to Microsoft Server products preferred 
-Light Cisco Network knowledge and configuration experience 
-SharePoint Configuration and Administration – Nice to have (big plus) but not mandatory 
-Knowledge in LAN’s, WAN’s, and basic network security 
-Wireless LAN experience is a plus 
-MDM support  experience required 
-VIP support/White Glove support experience required 
-Cisco Telepresence Conference support required 
-Mon-Fri 8:30-5pm on-site support with flexibility to work outside of normal business hours - if needed 
-IT Documentation writing experience required
