Deskside Technician (3 openings)
Duration: 6 month project beginning in June 2020
Scope: Build/Configure iPads (iOS), Build Windows Tablets/Laptops (Win10)
Deployment of 425 Win10 Laptops/Tablets (retrieval of current Windows device)
Support for iPad Training classes (includes iPad deployment)
Support trainers and during local training session preparation and end user classes
Support end users resolving technical issues during initial device deployment till project close
Application and device trouble shooting of Profile, Image(s) and individual devices
Onsite support for end users and trainers for iPad, Laptops and Windows Tablets
Ability to manage workload according to priorities, end user need and project based requirements
Travel: Ability to travel across Massachusetts, CT and possibly New Hampshire; significant week to week travel expected. (Mileage reimbursed)
Requisite skills: iOS, Win10, SharePoint, Application Support, iPad and Win10 Tablet deployments.
‘Nice to have’ skills: - SCCM, Intune, HPQC
IMPORTANT: This role requires work outside of normal business hours to accomplish work tasks. Evenings, nights, and weekends will be required.
