  • Excellent communication skills and should have worked on Onshore and Offshore managed services model
  • Good hands-on experience in SN
  • Strong experience in Agile Methodology and conduct daily scrum calls with the team
  • Work closely with the user and work to reduce the backlog tickets
  • Be assertive and proactive
  • Good working experience in ITIL process
  • Conduct Weekly and Monthly reviews with the client and offshore team about the team metrics and SLA compliance
  • Analyzing business requirements through workflow analyses
  • Translating business requirements into functional designs
  • Evaluating feasibility with client's stakeholders
  • Managing the development of the ServiceNow platform
  • Serving as Client's subject matter expert on the SNOW system
• Administrative functions
        • License Management
        • Project intake - Work with 3rd party vendors on large scale projects ensuring processes are adhered to and all documentation is delivered
        •   Release Management – Change Requests; Patching and vendor maintenance management  
  • Managing and coordinating Change Management process and Release Management 
  • Have knowledge on ServiceNow administration
 
Certifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified is preferred.
  • Should be certified on Agile Methodology.
 
Education:
  • MBA graduate is preferred.
