-Be comfortable working in a "start-up" like atmosphere where you must make decisions and actions that greatly impact the direction of the company.
-Know how to work a computer... like, very well.
-Be a self-starter and have the ability to accomplish goals without any supervision.
-Have an amazing work ethic.
-Be able to handle pressure. Fun pressure though.
-Have great grammar and spelling skills. I mean you don't have to be a literature professor or anything, but it would be nice if you knew the difference between there, they're, and their.
-Be familiar with Google calendars, spreadsheets, and pretty much all things google.
-Have amazing organization skills. Like amazing.
