Head of Talent

We’re looking for our first in-house recruiter who will work across all departments and with hiring managers to bring top quality talent into the company. Although we'd like someone who can run all of recruiting, we are looking for someone who is hands on and can run a full lifecycle desk.  This unique opportunity calls for a versatile recruiter who has the ability to:
  • Own the recruiting strategy and execution including setting up metrics and goals to hit the necessary objectives to bring talent in-house
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and various constituents across the organization to develop hiring plans, source, evaluate, and close high-quality talent
  • Deploy a variety of sourcing methods to build candidate pipelines for all functional teams focusing primarily on sales, marketing, customer success, and product
  • Analyze and report on key hiring funnel metrics and optimize the hiring cycle, which might include changing the job description or expectations of the hiring timeline
  • Possess the creativity and tenacity to gain the trust of the most highly sought-after talent
  • Keep the candidate experience as a top priority as we continue to scale our organization
  • Lead other talent-related projects that support retention and morale at the company, including some HR responsibilities like onboarding

ABOUT YOU:
  • BA/BS degree or higher
  • 5+ years of full-cycle Recruiting experience, in-house experience preferred
  • Ability to think strategically and help close candidates as needed
  • A proven track record deploying creative sourcing methods attract top talent
  • A metrics-driven problem solving skills
  • Exemplary communication and presentation skill - Includes presenting all recruiting data/information to all levels of an organization
  • Highly organized with an impeccable attention to detail includes tracking candidate pipeline hygiene
  • Must be positive, driven and excited about working autonomously in a startup environment
