An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable working inbound leads, making calls and sending emails every day to pre-qualified prospects, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
- Understand client needs and requirements
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Perform effective pitches in person and over the phone to potential clients
- Engage and interact with decision makers at a senior level, building rapport and assessing needs
- Update and maintain CRM
- Transfer knowledge to client service team once a sale has been closed
Requirements
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
