Inside Sales Representative

Slice is looking for incredibly talented people to join our team.  In short, the best candidates will be intelligent, tenacious, optimistic, organized, creative, social, and dedicated to constant self-improvement. 
An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable working inbound leads, making calls and sending emails every day to pre-qualified prospects, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Responsibilities
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
  • Understand client needs and requirements
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Perform effective pitches in person and over the phone to potential clients
  • Engage and interact with decision makers at a senior level, building rapport and assessing needs
  • Update and maintain CRM
  • Transfer knowledge to client service team once a sale has been closed

Requirements
  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence 
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
