Your Role:

We are looking for an NLP Engineer to join our AI team. 

As part of the team you will be responsible for applying cutting-edge technologies and creating innovative products in the customer service domain. Your focus will be on devising, adapting and improving state-of-art algorithms to meet business requirements for our projects. You will also actively participate in all phases of our R&D projects - from brainstorming to research, development, ongoing learning and improvement.

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Research new algorithms and technologies, adapt and apply them to our team's tasks, build proof-of-concept prototypes;
  • Devise new ways of utilizing large internal and public datasets;
  • Participate in core development and integration of selected algorithms in our AI applications along with the Data Engineers;
  • Occasionally write scientific papers, participate in conferences and contribute to the NLP community.

Our Expectations: 

  • 2 years of experience working on NLP, Machine Learning or related side projects;
  • Masters degree in a related field or equivalent experience;
  • Good knowledge in statistics and common ML algorithms: SVM, Neural Networks, KNN, K-means, etc.;
  • Good understanding of Python;
  • Knowledge in any of the popular deep learning frameworks: TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.

Great advantages:

  • PhD in NLP or a related field;
  • Understanding of modern neural network architectures;
  • Good understanding of latest tendencies in representation learning;
  • Experience with any of the following: machine translation, text classification, few-shot learning, semi-supervised learning;
  • Knowledge of common data science python libraries: NumPy, Pandas.
