    $17/hr + uncapped commissions - W2 Contract

    Our client in the energy and electricity industry is adding a sales and customer driven Real Estate Account Specialist to join their team! This individual will be responsible for cultivating, maintaining, and optimizing relationships within the client's real estate partnership program. We are looking for career-oriented, energetic, ambitious and leadership-driven candidates ready to work and make a positive impact to drive profitability with excellence!!

    This opportunity is a W2 Contract that is renewed after 6 months, contingent upon performance **Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-5pm* - Direct Hire conversion is possible.

    Base Compensation: $17.00/hr + uncapped commissions; mileage and expenses are also reimbursed. Must have a reliable vehicle with valid driver's license and liability insurance. 

    Responsibilities:
    • Establish key relationships with real estate agents, following up with their clients to enroll them into energy services
    • Will be responsible for developing strategies and tactics to work with accounts and
    • Host Lunch & Learns, conduct trainings for the real estate agents, and events to cultivate partnerships with the brokerage offices
    • Achieve and maintain performance metrics and quotas for assigned accounts
    • Educate customers and real estate professionals on energy and full concierge services available
    • Analyze information gathered to match the customers' needs

    Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelors Degree highly preferred
    • 3+ years of outside sales, business development, relationship management or direct sales experience
    • Strong ability to follow up with customers to ensure that process and customer service delivery is rendered
    • Must have great negotiation and closing skills
    • Ability to spark conversations with real estate agents and customers to build relationships that leads to conversions
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Must have a polished and professional appearance and able to produce excellence
