The Sales Operations Analyst role is highly dynamic and requires strong prioritization, organization, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be someone who is comfortable working with team members of all levels, external staffing partners, and who has an aptitude for technology and process improvement. This position works hand in hand with our sales teams, acquisition marketing team, product development, quality, technology, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with our external technology vendor on process improvements, enhancements, and key project requests
• Drive sales conversion across core channels and brands to maximize enrollment processing and facilitate monthly sales goals
• Assist with new brand, product, vendor, and market launches from inception through completion, including testing and monitoring launch progress
• Create reports to analyze sales data/growth, identify efficiency opportunities, and track hardware inventory
• Collaborate within Sales Operations team, and among the Quality, Outside Sales Management, Marketing, and Operations teams
• Serve as team lead for sales inquiry investigations
• Audit and complete end user testing on vendor provided hardware inventory
• Set-up and integrate new products, sales locations, markets, and processes into the sales enrollment workflow and TPV scripts
Minimum qualifications:
• 2 year associates degree or 4 year college degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• 2+ years of work experience
Required skills:
• Strong skills in all Microsoft products, especially Excel, Power Point, and Word )
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
• Ability to think creatively and problem-solve
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
