Job Responsibilities:
Selling services via inbound calls; no cold calling; with a 1st, 2nd and 3rd close model
Handle inbound sales calls in a goal-oriented environment
Be an expert on Security by Reliant products and benefits and use that expertise to close sales
Identify customers’ needs and answer all of their questions
Prepare high-quality rate quotes and close the sale
Provide solutions that help make it easy for customers to buy a security system
Empathize with the customer and overcome objections
Follow-up with interested or eligible customers who did not buy on their first contact
Commissions:
This is a base pay plus commission position
Technical Skills:
Strong computer, typing and grammar skills
Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
Must be dependable and a self-starter
Ability to work weekends and flexible work schedule
Must be comfortable working in fast passed sales and call center environment
Education/Experience:
College degree preferred but not required
Previous sales and/or customer service experience preferred
