Customer Success Representative

We are searching for a Customer Success Representative “CSR” who is entrepreneurial, execution obsessed and hungry to make a huge impact. We are looking for candidates who can start ASAP and hit the ground running.  The CSR will interact with current clients via outbound/inbound phone calls and email to analyze client needs, provide applicable information, and address issues. The long-term career path would be to move into a sales role within the organization. 
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
·        Responds to the needs of clients and build positive relationships by providing accurate information and timely responses
·        Actively contributes to improve clients’ satisfaction by analyzing client needs and concerns and providing information regarding available products and services. This includes reinforcing value, increasing customer utilization of products, promoting education
·        Acts as a product expert and take ownership of customer issues elevating concerns as necessary to applicable staff
·        Handles customer renewals for short and long term contracts
·        Surveys clients for feedback on all new contracts
·        Manages feedback on all clients leaving the platform whether via cancellation or completion in the platform
·        Conducts regular customer experience satisfaction calls
·        Handles project upsells and renewals as needed
·        Responds to marketing generated inquiries from the customer base

·        Strong presentation, word processing and analytical skills
·        Highly organized
·        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment 
·        Experience with account/sales development 
Education & Work Experience Required:
·        Must have 1-3 years of customer service experience in a sales environment
·        College degree preferred
·        Prior cloud technology experience or basic tech knowledge a plus, but not required
