Simplus is hiring a Change Management / Training Consultant who can provide clients with assistance to plan, lead and manage the human side of implementing strategic change and adoption of Salesforce.com & Salesforce.com CPQ Programs. The Change Management/Training Consultant displays a depth & breadth of functional knowledge in Salesforce and CPQ applications and is responsible for applying change principles to engagements that impact the people side of change
Responsibilities and tasks required for this position include:
- Lead Salesforce.com and CPQ change management & adoption projects from start to finish - scoping, estimation, and delivery
- Conduct organizational change readiness and stakeholder impact assessment through workshops, interviews or surveys
- Compile change readiness findings, identify themes & deliver related readout report / change management plan outlining the activities required to support the overall change project
- Develop and execute communication strategies (communication planning, development and execution of content)
- Drive organizational alignment of across various stakeholders (leadership, business champions, change agents, etc.) through a variety of change enablement and engagement activities
- Build long term trusted relationships with our clients and colleagues by addressing any client issues, resolving conflicts, and exceeding client expectations for successful change projects
- Develop and deliver end user training curriculums based on client’s business processes and Salesforce and CPQ applications; activities include development and delivery of training across multiple channels (web-based, classroom, virtual) and leverage a variety of learning tools (reference cards, authoring tools, and system simulations)
- Measure end user adoption at various levels of the implementation (beginning, middle, and end) tracked against the client’s change curve
- Measure program success and provide recommendations by assessing program adoption 30-60-90 days post deployment
Required Skills
- Solid understanding and experience in change management discipline and methodology
- Able to discuss the benefits of a SaaS CRM program and knowledge of implementation of enterprise systems such as CRM, SFA, and ERP
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to take a leadership role when necessary
- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies
- Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and creatively in fast paced startup environment
- Excellent business, communications and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel - up to 50% possible
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Organizational Change Management and training practices
- Minimum of 3 years Salesforce.com and CPQ experience
- Salesforce Admin certification preferred but not required
