We are looking for someone to take over the administration of Concur: This would include the following responsibilities:
- Helping employees who are having issues with submitting concur expense reports.
- Ensuring employee data is up-to-date (New Hires, Terminations, Transfers, etc. )
- Preparing a monthly analysis reporting package to monitor spending trends, compliance with company policies, and fraud prevention.
- Perform audits of company expense reports, preparing internal audit reports related to concur.
- General Finance Help
- When not directly supporting the administration of Concur, would expect this hire to be available to support with general finance task as directed by the finance department, and also by the PH finance team.
- Strong MS Excel and Google Sheets Skills
- Pivot Tables, Vlookups, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Financial Analysis
- Experience with using Concur
- Experience with Salesforce
- Quickbooks Experience
Shift Schedule: Night Shift (Monday-Friday)
