At Simplifeye, our goal is to improve the workflow of dental and medical offices everywhere. We do this by providing timely information and improving the way our customers interact with their current software and office equipment. Additionally, we are helping practices engage their current customers while also helping them find new clientele.
Simplifeye’s On-boarding specialists help welcome all new practices to the service. Within this role, you will be tasked with building out brand new accounts and also training clients on our best used practices.
You’ve got a passion for delivering an amazing customer experience, and have the patience of a saint. You’re quick on your feet, know how to multi-task and you’re great at communicating complex concepts simplistically. You shouldn’t shy away from being on the phone or chatting with clients via email.
Be the first line of communication post-sales
Train customers on the Simplifeye suite of products
Build and strengthen customer relationships
Following up with clients to ensure best practices are followed
Participate in testing the product you’ll be supporting.
Become an expert in in our products and processes.
Provide and gather product feedback
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Calm and friendly disposition
Must be comfortable communicating issues in a public forum
Ability to balance multiple projects at once
Experience using Salesforce a plus
Experience supporting Android and iOS devices a plus
