Director - Enterprise Sales

Sales leader experienced in selling solutions to C-level decision makers. A maverick self-starter, you understand the sales process, how to sell innovation, drive deals forward and compress decision cycles. We're looking for a track record of proven sales success in in Software Solutions in Hunting & Farming roles. Prior experience in Analytics, Big Data will be an added advantage.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Meeting with key stakeholders CIOs, IT execs, LOB execs
  • Meeting/exceeding activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
  • Creating value for customers and utilising a solution approach to selling
  • Ensuring 100% satisfaction with all customers, and grow business in existing accounts assigned
  • Prioritising opportunities and applying appropriate resources
 
Qualifications: 
  • Strong people skills
  • Prior successful sales in enterprise software services , prior experience in Analytics & Big data would be an added advantage
  • Solutions selling experience required
  • A history of consistent over-achievement
  • Technically adept, experienced with enterprise Software Services/Product sales
  • Experience in opportunity creation
 
Education/Experience: 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience B2B Sales roles
