Responsibilities

  • Support ShopBack's People Operations team in full-cycle operations, including on-boarding/off-boarding, payroll, leave and benefits administration, and engagement support. 
  • Maintain our HR Information System to ensure all employee data are up to date with relevant supporting documents.
  • Develop innovative and resourceful ways of streamlining People Operations processes to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish internal controls and measures to track and complete documentation for audit.
  • Culture ambassador for ShopBack's People team. Provide an engaging and stellar People Operations experience for ShopBackers.
  • Support in other People-related duties and projects when required.

Requirements

  • Must be able to commit for a time period of 4-6 months
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly driven and responsible; able to handle end-to-end ownership of projects and responsibilities
  • Process-oriented, meticulous with good attention to detail
  • Proactive and keen to be part of an exciting team to drive change!
