- Provide full administrative support to our executive members which includes time management, scheduling of meetings, and travel arrangements
- Plan, arrange, and facilitate onsite or offsite meeting arrangements
- Process and manage expense reports for our executive members
- Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders
- Track and drive the completion of critical administrative items
- Attend to ad-hoc projects and other assignments as and when assigned
- 1-3 years of experience as an executive/administrative assistant supporting multiple executives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing across stakeholders
- Exercise good judgement in sorting priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in Google Docs, Slack, Excel and willing to learn new tools needed to thrive in this position
- Fast and agile and comfortable with ambiguity
