Scope of work

You will be responsible for managing and improving our HR Operations services to ensure a solid delivery of work relating to payroll, benefit administration, immigration and relocation service, regulatory administrative work, and third party vendor management. 


  • Ensure data accuracy, reliability, confidentiality, timeliness and completeness, validate payroll with vendors and ensure accurate and timely payroll
  • Oversee day-to-day activities for the core HR processes covering employee data management.
  • Champion process optimization projects to improve the delivery of our HR Operations Services
  • Propose recommendations to constantly improve HR systems and services to employees to increase the employee experience
  • Ensure data accuracy, reliability, confidentiality, timeliness and completeness, validate payroll with vendors and ensure accurate and timely payroll
  • Monitor payroll and benefits cases to ensure accurate state of case and timely resolution
  • Assure third party vendors perform according to service level agreements in support of total rewards, benefits & other administration processes and provide feedback to vendors to 
  • Ensure a high standard of employee documentation for regular audits. 


  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5 - 8 years’ experience in Human Resource
  • Experience with HR Operations (payroll, tax, contracts, labor law) 
  • Experience managing HR Operations for other Asia Pacific markets will be a plus
  • Process and detail oriented; passionate about quality and continuous improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities to work across a matrix environment and build trustworthy partnerships
  • Ability to drive HR processes and to deliver high quality HR services in a fast paced, highly dynamic/changing environment 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and technical aptitude with HR information systems
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
