- Assisting with onboarding merchants onto the platform through end-to-end planning and preparation of outlet storefront.
- Assisting Account Managers by responding promptly to merchant queries.
- Being involved in the end-to-end setup of campaigns, driving and facilitating the campaign operations, including bonuses and reward vouchers.
- Assisting with merchant-related customer service queries.
- Constantly seeking to improve and streamline operational processes.
- 1-3 years experience in an Operations role.
- Process-oriented mindset and passionate about optimisation and automation.
- Able to interface and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Hardworking, resourceful, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Experience using Excel, or able to learn it quickly.
- High drive and ownership on process improvements.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit.
