- Gather data and compile meaningful reports
- Maintain and enhance the use of existing reports and dashboards to help optimize operations
- Conduct customer centric data analyses to understand customer behaviour and provide insights to more efficiently target or improve customer experience
- Good domain knowledge and business analysis skills
- Advance user of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of SQL/Python/R is preferred but not necessary
- Self-starter and self-motivator with a positive ‘can do’ & ‘hands on’ attitude
- Quick and able learner
Must be able to commit for a minimum of 6 months. Please note that this is a full-time internship position.
