Senior Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with other stakeholders to develop and execute effective integrated marketing campaigns for new customer acquisition and user engagement across all channels (e.g. Social Media, Events, CRM, Community, Marketing Partnerships, PR etc) for both our Web & Mobile platforms.
  • Analyse market trends, consumer insights and organisation capability to plan, develop and implement marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee our branding elements in the Australian market.
  • Manage marketing spend.

Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of experience in a relevant role with a proven track record of building strong brands and driving success in organisations.
  • Strong understanding of the Australian landscape and consumer trends.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from research and data.
  • Ability to project manage and multitask at scale, in a dynamic and detail-oriented environment.
  • Strong work ethic and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate, hard-working and a self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • A natural team player with strong interpersonal skills.
