【工作任務】
  • 與電商平台合作並建立長久的合作關係,了解他們的目標並製定有效的行銷和推廣活動。和店家爭取更多佣金/預算/獨家優惠活動來達到營收目標。
  • 與亞太地區客戶討論加碼活動,以提高活動績效。
  • 收集數據、分析績效並整理商家季報及年度報告。
  • 更新並維護網站與平台上所有商家訊息。
  • 跨部門合作行銷專案。
  • 每月對帳報表維護。

【條件】
  • 學士學位以上
  • 三年以上客戶管理經驗
  • 流利的中英文口說與讀寫能力
  • 精通MS Office (Excel、Word和PowerPoint),進階的Excel能力更加分!
  • 曾有聯盟行銷、電子商務或數位行銷經驗為加分
  • 有為電商客戶服務經驗
  • 強大的數據分析能力
  • 注重細節與一致性

We are seeking a Merchant Account Manager in Taiwan who wants to join the diverse and talented team with great ambitions to impact the eCommerce landscape. 【Responsibilities】 
  • Collaborate with top e-commerce merchants to understand their objectives and developing effective campaigns. Achieve commission and revenue goals by securing more incentives/budget/upsized commission from the merchants.
  • Discuss incentive campaigns with clients across APAC to help grow performance.
  • Collect data, analyze performance and prepare merchant quarterly reports.
  • Keep all merchant information up-to-date on the website and internal platforms.
  • Work with internal cross-functional teams on various projects. 
  • Follow up with monthly validation reports. 

【Experience/Qualifications】 
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management; working in affiliate network, ecommerce or digital marketing a plus
  • Fluent in verbal and written Mandarin and English 
  • Experience working effectively with ecommerce clients 
  • Strong data analysis skills; attention to detail and consistency 
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to collaborate with a team, as well as being able to work autonomously 
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point), advanced excel skills a plus.
