Job Description
  • Handle vendor invoices and process payment application
  • Conduct daily finance/ accounting operations like advance payment requests, petty cash request, OR Collections etc.
  • Manage the office and company properties
  • Warehouse supervision, Coordination with vendors & suppliers, day to day bank coordination.
  • Government permit coordinations ASC, DTI, BSP permits
  • Setting up interviews and coordination with candidates, release of letter, scheduling the onboarding tasks.
  • Ad hoc tasks to support business

Job Requirements
  • At least Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Tagalog
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and find speedy resolutions
  • Skilled at handling multiple issues at once to efficiently prioritize.
