- Handle vendor invoices and process payment application
- Conduct daily finance/ accounting operations like advance payment requests, petty cash request, OR Collections etc.
- Manage the office and company properties
- Warehouse supervision, Coordination with vendors & suppliers, day to day bank coordination.
- Government permit coordinations ASC, DTI, BSP permits
- Setting up interviews and coordination with candidates, release of letter, scheduling the onboarding tasks.
- Ad hoc tasks to support business
- At least Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Tagalog
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and find speedy resolutions
- Skilled at handling multiple issues at once to efficiently prioritize.
