Responsibilities: 

  • Set up and manage display campaigns and promotions for ShopBack Malaysia’s key advertising inventories on the web and app
  • Ensure full delivery and improving performance across all display campaigns and promotions on a daily / weekly / monthly basis
  • Run campaign delivery / performance reports
  • Respond to any adops-related client / agency queries (eg. creative spec queries, reporting and tracking queries etc.)
  • Troubleshoot any advertisement technical issues (eg. ad serving tag issues / tracking issues etc.)
  • Manage third party reporting discrepancies
  • Liaise internally and with external partners regarding any ad-related technical issues
  • Run advertising inventory performance forecasts and pricing recommendations
  • Assist the ad sales team with reports / tasks (campaign reports; inventory forecast reports; sell-through reports)
  • Assist with updating display documents if necessary (sales presentations, creative spec documents etc.)
  • Set up and manage internal marketing / house ad campaigns
  • Experience trafficking, managing and optimising display campaigns
  • Experience with Google Analytics (and any other such web tracking analysis tools)
  • Experience working with other publisher platforms / networks (eg. Google AdExchange / Google AdSense)
  • Ability to fluently speak and read Chinese

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an advertising operations role, either within the publisher environment or media agencies
  • Experienced in trafficking, managing and optimising display campaigns
  • Experience using Excel/Sheets, or able to learn it quickly with confidence in interpreting raw data  and numbers
  • Able to interface and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Hardworking, resourceful, detail oriented and able to work independently
  • High drive and ownership on process improvements
  • Not afraid with uncharted territory/ always open to explore something foreign and new. Can't-is-not-an-option attitude. Not discouraged by failure or mistake
