- This is an internship based in Malaysia
- Be part of the Malaysian team in driving our marketing operations for the ShopBack GO Team in Singapore
- End-to-end planning, development and preparation of marketing materials, and getting outlet ready to public
- Assist with Key Account Management by responding to merchant queries
- Be involved in the end-to-end setup of campaigns, driving and facilitating the campaign operations
- Troubleshoot any operational issues that may arise
- Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months (ideally 6 months)
- Experience using excel
- Independent and proactive - able to be productive and efficient with minimal or no supervision in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Fast learner and able to adapt to changes
- Logical and process-oriented
- Must be meticulous and detail-oriented
- Most importantly, be keen to be part of a new, exciting team to drive change!
