- Work closely with other stakeholders to develop effective strategies for driving customer acquisition through marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to drive organic growth.
- End-to-end development and implementation of marketing ideas.
- Helm multiple roles spanning across marketing campaigns, partnerships, business development, community engagement and even customer service.
- 3+ years of working experience and a proven track record of hitting KPIs and driving success in organisations.
- Prior experience in a marketing related role in eCommerce is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the Australian landscape and consumer trends.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from research and data.
- A natural team player with strong interpersonal skills.
