As ShopBack’s office manager, you play a crucial role in enabling ShopBackers’ productivity.

  • Ensure that our office is functioning well
  • Ensure that our pantry is well stocked
  • Purchase office supplies
  • Manage the office cleaner and building facilities management
  • Track all finance/reimbursement documents and processes
  • Manage team recreational activities
  • Manage administrative system
  • Inventory management for ShopBack goods


  • Have at least 2 years of Office Manager experience
  • Extreme organizational skills as well as a proactive nature
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and flexible
  • Good communication skills
