The Role:
The Operations Executive will be part of our offshore team that fulfils day-to-day requirements for our overseas offices.

1. Merchant Operations:
  • Assist with integration for new merchants
  • Set up and maintain merchant stores on our in-house CMS system (Swordfish)
  • Assist with troubleshooting issues in commission reporting
  • Order reports validation/reconciliation for merchants
  • Work with the Finance team to process invoicing and all payment related issues
  • Constantly seeking to improve and streamline operational processes

2. Merchant Account Management:
  • Be the point of contact for our merchants
  • Manage selected merchants on a day to day basis to acquire tactical deals
  • Ensure procured deals are properly uploaded onto our web and mobile platforms

3. Customer Service:
  • Ensure every customer’s need is prioritized and their feedback is heard
  • Handle general customer inquiries and resolve disputes

Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Process-oriented mindset and passionate about optimisation and automation
  • Ability to interface & communicate with stakeholders and Product Development teams
  • 1-3 years experience in an Operations or Finance role
  • High drive and ownership of process improvements
  • Leadership experience is a plus
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and eager to join the e-commerce industry
