ShopBack’s Customer Engagement team is the backbone of the company. From handling general enquiries to resolving customer disputes, we address every issue promptly and professionally. As a Customer Service Executive, you will play an integral role in ensuring that every customer is satisfied and their feedback is heard.
- Understanding and identifying key user issues, providing feedback to other teams
- Representing ShopBack as the first point of contact in addressing queries promptly and professionally
- Drawing up a list of frequently asked questions (FAQ) and guides to address user needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - both written and spoken
- Able to communicate effectively in Malay and English
- Should be proactive and passionate to help solve customers issues
- Working days will cover weekends
