- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
- Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase based on advertisement
- discover new clients with big brands, such as FMCG, Automotive and other segments
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive with min. of 1 year experience in media company or advertising agency, fresh graduate with good communication will be considered
- Understanding of sales performance metrics, such as impressions, clicks and conversions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
- Experience in E-commerce is highly appreciated
