Responsibilities:

The Sales Associate’s primary responsibility is to ensure that Shopback’s product in their assigned market is competitive, attractive and relevant for ShopBack’s fast-growing consumer base. In doing so, Sales Associates will also continuously work with their ShopBack mentor to help them maximize the exposure and distribution potential from their participation in the marketplace.

 
Sales Associates will partner closely with ShopBack mentor in an effort to:

  • Increase Sales
  • Secure value-adds and promotional offers to support the brands’ merchandising and marketing efforts
  • Educate partners on ShopBack features
  • Support ShopBack’s business development
  • Execute effectively based on KPI metrics (targets, goals and/or strategic objectives) set by the mentor

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree  
  • 2 years of experience in sales
  • Eligibility to work in Indonesia

  • Proven follow-up/persistence when facing challenging situations

MUST

  • Have shopped in more than 3 ecommerce platforms in Indonesia: Lazada, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, BliBli, etc.
  • Written & Spoken Communication, Listening and Influencing
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Presents ideas and directives clearly and persuasively; actively listens when spoken/presented to
  • Ability to effectively communicate to various levels and through a variety of communication channels
