Office Manager & People Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, and reliable Office Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our office and assist with People Operations responsibilities. You’ll be an integral part of our fast-paced company and a champion for our culture. 

What You’ll Do
  • Be the point person for office needs including meals, supplies, mail, equipment, catering, maintenance, and security
  • Maintain a tidy office and ensure seamless office operations 
  • Manage office-related expenses and coordinate with contractors/vendors
  • Assist with recruiting, including reviewing resumes
  • Schedule interviews, meetings, and events
  • Assist with new hire onboarding process
  • Assist with drafting People Operations policies and other People Operations responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate office activities such as holiday parties, celebrations, and off-sites
  • Greet and provide general support to visitors
  • Adhoc requests and projects for the CEO and executive team
What You’ll Need
  • 1-3 years of experience as an Office Manager required, preferably in tech or finance
  • Exposure to HR / People Operations
  • Tech-savvy nature, including familiarity with GSuite, Slack, and Microsoft Office
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Resourcefulness, sound judgement, and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in an extremely fast-paced environment
  • Team player mentality, a “can-do-anything” attitude, and a startup mindset
  • Strong follow-up skills and detail-oriented personality
  • Ability to treat highly confidential information with care and discretion
  • Bachelor’s degree
