CharterUP is a transportation technology company focused on changing the way the world travels. We work with 1000+ bus companies across the country to create an online marketplace for charter bus transportation. We are looking for an Operations/Logistics Coordinator to maintain provider relationships, coordinate logistics, and drive growth in our Charter Bus division. The competitive based plus performance bonus. As an employee you will also receive full medical and dental benefits.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with sales team to coordinate charter logistics.
- Answer inbound phone calls and direct to appropriate sales representative.
- Work in concert with bus companies across the U.S. to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain service provider database and develop relationships with new service providers.
- Assist accountant with receivables, payables, invoicing, and billing issues.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions for clients.
- Keep management informed by submitting periodic activity and results reports.
- This position has an off-shift, consisting of:
- Wednesday - Friday, 12pm - 9pm
- Saturday - Sunday, 8am - 5pm

- Strong computer skills and ability to stay organized.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to work long hours and be available 24/7.
- Experience working with vendors, suppliers, or transportation companies is a plus.
- Accounting background is a plus.
