We are looking for a recent college graduate to join our team as a Customer Success Coordinator!
 
What you’ll do
  • Review customer itineraries to confirm that they are accurate and complete
  • Communicate incomplete itineraries to assigned Account Executives for follow up with customers for more information
  • Facilitate flow of information and itinerary updates/completion for trips happening within next 72 hours
  • Work with customers, Sales, and Operations to facilitate customer-initiated itinerary change requests
  • Manage customer expectations, especially with regard to change requests
  • Remain in compliance with company policies and procedures
 
What you’ll need
  • Propensity to remain calm, reasonable, and productive under pressure
  • Ability to work extended hours during peak season
  • High positive energy and relentless work ethic 
  • Superb organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing requests 
  • Impeccable phone presence and professional manners
  • Outstanding academic credentials from a top national university
