CharterUP is a transportation technology company focused on changing the way the world travels. We work with 1000+ bus companies across the country to create an online marketplace for charter bus transportation. We are looking for an inbound customer success representative to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers. This position is responsible for working Monday-Friday. As an employee, you will also receive company paid full medical, dental benefits, and the ability to participate in a company sponsored 401(k) plan.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention by providing great customer service
- Resolve service issues and customer complaints as they arise
- Work with dispatch and billing teams to provide financial resolutions to clients
- Must to remain calm and collected and work under pressure
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- We are in need of people who can work 1 weekend day and a swing shift during the week. The schedule would be Tue - Friday, 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
What You’ll Need
