We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will have a leading role in CharterUP's exponential growth. You'll have the firm's full support and resources to bring in the smartest, hungriest, and most ethical people that believe in our mission.

What You'll Do
  • Ensure seamless and incredibly positive candidate process and on-boarding
  • Work internally with hiring managers to understand team needs
  • Develop sourcing strategy and innovate on ways to build talent pipeline
  • Source candidates from online databases, employee referrals, networking, and research
  • Negotiate offers by partnering with relevant stakeholders
  • Create job descriptions, role profiles, and offer packages

What You'll Need
  • Proven history of recruiting world-class talent from highest ranking universities and most sought-after jobs
  • Ability to operate with incredible sense of urgency while not compromising on attention to detail
  • Outstanding academic credentials from a top national university
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience at an ultra-high growth startup
  • A broad network of professional relationships
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Detailed knowledge of technical software engineering roles
  • Familiarity with management consultant and investment banking recruiting
