Our Logistics Visibility & Control Tower platform handles over 1 million transactions on a daily basis, and provide real-time customized views to operation managers, strategy team, business managers on the activity of field workforce throughout the country covering regions like Arunachal Pradesh, J&K, Andaman etc.. The field workforce uses our secure SMS sync feature in remote locations without internet connectivity and provide valuable real-time information to customers for the first time in the industry.

Indian Logistics and Supply Chain landscape pose unique challenges and our group of passionate innovators puts their heart into solving these problems, thus creating a meaningful impact. Our solutions have enabled businesses to improve their customer centricity & efficiency. Some examples include a voice assistant that tells you about the most important areas to focus on a given day, computer vision based data extraction from consignments, deep learning based fraud detection in the delivery operations, predicting possible delays in the supply chain etc.

Shipsy is looking for people in HR/Admin role. The role would entail the following 


RESPONSIBILITIES

- Crafting the company's strategy for talent hiring. This would involve getting in touch with placement cells of various colleges. 

- Creating Job Descriptions for various profiles would be required so that they can be circulated to the different colleges or different online portals. 

- In addition to ensuring new talent joins Shipsy, a large part of the responsibility would be to ensure talent retainment in the organization. This would involve creating policies around employee feedback and measures to make sure employees are satisfied with the work environment. 

- Creating various company policies around people management. This would also involve research on industry standards for the same. 

- Creating KRA's for different teams and ensuring employees' appraisal happens based on these parameters.

- Ensuring business continuity in the day to day operations within the company. 

- Candidates having experience with Technical Hiring would be preferred.



FUNDING

We’ve completed two rounds of funding, the latest being an institutional Series A investment round.

TEAM

Our current team has 30 people from top institutes across the country like IITs, IIITs, NITs with experience in Big Data, Software Architecture, ML, AI, Robotics, Blockchain. Our founding team has CS/Elec folks from IIT Delhi and IIT Madras.
