Our ideal sales leader will possess a proven track record as an individual contributor and as a leader, experience in the e-commerce service industry is a big plus. This Sales Leader will report directly to the CEO and will interface heavily with the ShipCalm executive C-Suite.
Major Goals & Responsibilities
- Actively prospect, manage and grow accounts in lucrative, non-restricted territory. This will include a large, pre-existing customer base & an enormous funnel of business.
- Non-stop Lead Generation
- Organize, Attack & Close Deals
- Establish & manage long term, exciting business relationships with our clients.
- Understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions & exceptional client support.
- Be a leader and example of ShipCalm vision, mission, and values.
- 3+ years of sales experience with a strong network of relevant sales contacts.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and presentation skills are a must.
- Experience working with/selling services to e-Commerce brands & companies (preferred)
