Our Military Fellows Program is a 3-month fellowship for qualified service members during their final months of active duty service. Shift prepares candidates for fellowships that utilize their unique military experiences and facilitates the logistics of getting them situated in a new city and industry, with the goal of converting them into a full-time role.
Our products include an educational online portal to guide users through the career transition process, an internal dashboard for our talent strategists to best match users to roles, and a data-driven platform to make career-change experiences more personalized.
As a Growth Manager at Shift, you will be responsible for creating strategies to grow, engage and retain our fellow, veteran, and partner company pipelines. At this time our programs include our Military Fellows Program, Shift Nominations Program, and our soon-to-be-announced Veterans Program.
This role will report directly to the Head of Product and work closely with our Marketing Lead and Talent Strategy team. There is the opportunity for this role to be remote for candidates with significant remote work experience.
What You'll Do
- Execute current growth strategies
- Leverage social media channels
- Propose new growth strategies
- Develop and manage e-mail content for internal and external stakeholders
- Work cross-functionally to prioritize opportunities.
Who You Are
- 2+ years in a Growth Manager or similar role
- Proven results increasing brand/product awareness and customer acquisition.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit
- Very communicative over slack
- Knowledge of marketing funnels and tracking methods
- Experience working in fast-moving startup environments
