Shadow-Soft is seeking to add a Technical Recruiter to join our Recruiting Team
As a Technical Recruiter you will identify top talent in support of internal engineering and strategic sourcing for valued clients. This role will act as a specialized agent cultivating unique opportunities for candidates of varying experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Aggressively build a network of viable potential candidates
- Identify up and coming candidates through regional universities activities
- Identify future candidates for Shadow-Soft Academy
- Attend industry events promoting the Shadow-Soft brand and opportunity
- Screen candidates for internal and external roles
- Gather requirements for staff augmentation and permanent place opportunities
- Keep up to date on latest technology trends and identify opportunities for business development
- Prepare and deliver staffing agreements to prospective customers
- Effectively market open opportunities partnering with the marketing team
Role Requirements:
- Minimum of an Associates Degree from an accredited university, Bachelors Degree preferred. Desired fields of study: Business or Marketing/Communications
- 2+ years of experience in the IT Field as a staffing coordinator or a sourcing recruiter
- Experience using an ATS or CRM
