·         Extensive knowledge in planning and executing impactful omnichannel marketing campaigns from concept and creative development through implementation. 
·         Experience in delivering branding, in-store display, promotions, events and digital engagement projects. 
·         In-depth experience with highly targeted paid social media tactics, as well as organic content development 
·         promoting the organization locally by liaising with local schools, newspapers and the community in general 
·         organizing special promotions, displays and events 
·         maintaining awareness of market trends in the staffing industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing 
·         initiating changes to improve the business, e.g. revising opening hours to ensure the store can compete effectively in the local market 
·         able to present the company in an effective manner through website & similar channels 
·         update the web content to meet company's brand position 
·         write blogs or co-ordinate with people in writing blogs 
ensure effective branding online
