Responsibilities
- Exposure and experience working with customers on Microsoft Cloud products such as Azure and Office 365 MCSE - Windows Server
- Microsoft Azure Application Solution design and implementation using Azure PaaS and SaaS offerings.
- Microsoft Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure IoT, Azure App Fabric and other app services.
- Participates in cross-functional teams in enterprise IT systems improvement projects
- Provides on-call support (failures, issues, etc.) on an as needed basis.
Requirements
- 8+ Years of experience in in Application Support role.
- Hands-on experience in VB.NET, SQL, Soti Mobicontrol, MVC, WebAPI, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Azure PaaS
- Hands-on experience in Database, Query Writing, Troubleshooting, query tuning etc
- Working knowledge of Cloud Identity (Azure Active Directory, ADFS)
- Working knowledge of System Center Data Protection Manager
- Strong knowledge of IOS, Android, Linux, UNIX or other operating systems such as Apple OS.
- Azure certification will be added advantage
- Cloud Migration/ Modernization Experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to identify opportunities to automate any processes for efficiencies
- Ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
- Ability to prioritize different activities & assigned initiatives and complete within resource constraints
- Ability to conduct application demonstration and training for end-user community
- Excellent organizational, time management and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with as well as manage dispersed project teams
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) concepts.
- Working experience with system analysis, design and programming principles.
- Ready to work in rotational shift model and afterhours support is required based on production issues and project timelines
- Must be self motivated.
- Must be customer oriented.
- Should be good team player and experience working in onsite / off-shore model.
- Should be able to manage a team and mentor them on project activities
