We are currently searching for a Application Support
 
Responsibilities
 
  • Fluent with Portuguese language(verbal and written). 
  • Production Support including incident resolution, problem management, service request execution. 
  • Resolve tickets, fix code for .NET application defects. 
  • Triage tickets to the right COTS product vendors. 
  • Assist with configuration
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs by closely working and coordinating with stakeholders such as Incident Management team, end users, Business SMEs and 3rd party vendors. 
  • Participate in Root Cause Analysis activities. 
  • Carry out escalations as and when required. 
  • Assist with ticket monitoring and reporting activities. 
 
Requirements
 
  • Prior knowledge with any COTS products will be an advantage.

  • English Advance
  • Portuguese Native
