Engagement Manager

What You’ll do:
  •  Build strong partnership relationships with customers and be their primary sale point of contact.
  • Drive the company business relationship with the assigned clients.
  • The engagement manager is responsible for all billing and invoicing of the client and managing client expectations.
  • Develop and manage a Service Delivery Plan to ensure outcomes are measurable.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction, including demonstrated ability to manage complex technical or political situations to a positive resolution.
  • Provide exceptional time management skills and an ability to organize and prioritize tasks.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (B.S, B.A. in Computer Science or Business preferred)
  • 8 +  years of related experience.
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods within a banking or financial services organization
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
  • Must have working knowledge of business productivity tools like Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, and Visio.
  • Comprehension of Systems Development Life Cycle; knowledge of Agile Methodologies a plus
  • 5+  years supervisory experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical people
  • Ability to be creative and think outside of the box to see the whole business picture while maintaining an exceptional eye for detail
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working in a highly-collaborative, dynamic environment across local, regional, and global offices.
  • Stay current with new technology and trends
  • Excellent attitude and positive demeanor
